Since 2019, Acathia Capital and Nordic private equity manager Polaris Private Equity have jointly led the investment in Futur alongside three passive co-investors. Through its new vehicle Fjord Pension, Acathia Capital acquired shares from one co-investor. With its second GP-led secondary, Acathia is increasingly active in the emerging secondaries market.
